"Hello, I’m Johanna! I’m so glad you're here. I create retreats, training programs, and experiences for women who want to reconnect with themselves.
About 15 years ago, I set out on a journey with the belief that there has to be more to life than the hamster wheel of work, frustration, and inner emptiness. I’ve lived in Mexico, America, Ibiza, and Mallorca, exploring everything the healing world has to offer. I studied History and German Studies, Law, as well as Theater and Media Studies, before diving deeper into my journey of self-discovery.
Today, I know for sure: It’s about long-term transformation & change – not a quick fix. Healing happens when you have a safe space to surrender. Over the last 6 years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting countless people in 1:1 sessions, workshops, and retreats, guiding them back to their power. I’m truly excited to meet you now."

His own health journey led him to a conscious, healing diet that nourishes the body, mind, and soul equally. Today, Chris combines high-quality, seasonal ingredients with a holistic approach – mindfulness, energy work, and the joy of cooking infuse every dish. Chris not only creates delicious food but also creates spaces where people feel seen, empowered, and nourished.

You breathe, feel your feet on the ground, and reconnect with yourself. It feels as though you’ve let something go. Encounters, conversations, and experiences feel different. You wake up in the morning differently, go to bed at night differently – with more awareness of yourself. It feels as though you can finally live your life again – with more ease and not under pressure.

You’ve arrived back in your everyday life, but you’ve changed. You are slower, more mindful, and more at peace within yourself. Things that used to stress you no longer have the same effect. You’ve started making small changes. You drink your tea in the morning peacefully instead of rushing. You meditate more and write down what moves you. You spend less time scrolling and choose things that nourish you. For the first time in a long while, you feel that you’re putting yourself first. You sense what you need and act on it.
